About Arclite

ArcLite is an onchain private batch execution venue for tokenized stocks and ETFs on Robinhood Chain.Its purpose is to let users submit trade intent without exposing the full order publicly while the order is still being formed. Orders are encrypted in the user's browser and submitted as sealed commitments. Every five-minute window closes before the settlement reference is committed, reducing the advantage of reacting to visible order flow.Compatible orders cross against a common reference price, with proportional allocation when demand is oversubscribed. Settlement uses smart contracts and proof-backed checks, while the dashboard provides market status, asset guards, private vault balances, transaction receipts, and public solvency information. The current configuration uses USDG as the quote asset and supports a registry of tokenized equities with Chainlink and issuer-based reference data.ArcLite is a protocol in development; its contracts are publicly inspectable but have not yet received an external audit.
