It answers one question: which projects are still building, what have they shipped, and which of them are not yet getting much market attention.Every listed project has a verified ship timeline (releases, deployments, integrations, docs, community output for memes) with the source kept on record for each event. From that, HEY derives a plain activity status (Shipping, Active, Quiet, Dormant) and a "Still Building" mark for projects that kept shipping through a market drawdown. Status comes from developer and project activity, never from price; market cap is shown only as context. The methodology is public and versioned.Around the catalogue sit a Scout research layer where researchers verify projects and publish evidence-backed notes, a free public read API and an MCP server for AI assistants, embeddable badges, a weekly rollup, watchlists and feeds.
